Peptide Dosages | DosageFacts

Peptide dosage reference for the US and Canada
DOSAGEFACTS

Easy to follow peptide dosages

Dosage charts for each peptide and vial size, mixing steps, and a dosage calculator. Each page shows the concentration, the volume and the U-100 syringe units together, with the source beside every number.

Covers 49 peptides and blends. Each page lists the legal status in the US and in Canada.

What DosageFacts is

DosageFacts is a reference for peptide dosing. Each page takes one peptide and one vial size and shows the mix, the concentration and the dose in milligrams, millilitres and syringe units.

Every number has its source next to it. Each source is opened and matched to the number before a page goes live, and each page shows the status in the US and in Canada.

  • Dose, mL and units on one row
  • The source beside every number
  • US and Canada status on every page

Draw to 25 units. That is 0.25 mL, which holds 2.5 mg.The stopper edge sits halfway between the 24 and 26 lines.

How to read a peptide dosage chart

Four checks, in order. The numbers match the small marks on the chart above.

  1. Match the peptide and the vial size

Start with the exact peptide and the strength printed on your vial. A 5 mg vial and a 10 mg vial give different draws from the same amount of water.

  2. Check the mix

The milligrams in the vial divided by the millilitres of water gives the concentration. Everything else is worked out from that.

  3. Read dose, mL and units on one row

Milligrams and micrograms measure the peptide. Millilitres and units measure the liquid. On a U-100 syringe, 10 units is 0.10 mL.

  4. Check where the number comes from

Each chart says if a schedule comes from a drug label, a published trial or common use, and how often it is taken.

Tools

Six ways to check your numbers before you draw.

  • Dosage calculator

Enter your vial and your water. Get the draw in units.

    Open the calculator
  • Dosage chart

Every peptide and vial size in one table you can search and sort.

    Open the chart
  • Mixing step-through

Walk through mixing a vial, one step at a time.

    Start the steps
  • Syringe reader

Drag the plunger and see units, mL and dose line up.

    Try the syringe
  • HCG calculator

hCG doubling time from two blood tests, and the draw for an HCG vial.

    Open the HCG calculator
  • IU vial calculator

For vials labelled in IU, such as HGH, HCG and HMG.

How our dosage pages are built

Every dosage page follows the same build, so you always know where to look and what each number rests on.

  • 1Mixing steps and concentration for each vial
  • 2Dose, frequency, mL and units on one row
  • 3A source beside every number
  • 4Label, trial and common-use ranges kept apart
  • 5Sources checked by hand, with a dated change log

Each page shows the date it was last checked.

Peptide dosage questions

Short answers to what people ask first.

On a U-100 syringe, 100 units is 1 mL, so 1 unit is 0.01 mL. Units measure volume, not dose. How much peptide is in a unit depends on how much water you added.

Divide the milligrams in the vial by the millilitres of water you added. A 10 mg vial mixed with 2 mL gives 5 mg per mL.

No. Vial size changes how many doses you get and how the math works out. It does not change what dose is right.

Approved drugs use the official label. Others use published trials where they exist. Where neither exists we say so and label the range as commonly reported.

Yes. Each page shows the status in the US and in Canada, with the date it was checked.

No. DosageFacts is a reference. Talk to a licensed professional before using any medication.
